Step 2: Confirm Witness Requirements
Before booking your appointment, confirm:
- whether your document requires 1 or 2 witnesses
- whether the Notary Public may also act as a witness
- whether you need separate witnesses in addition to the Notary
If witnesses are required, coordinate a day and time that works for everyone.
Step 3: Book Your Appointment
Contact Karen by email or phone to arrange an in-office or mobile real estate signing appointment, or book online through the website.

Step 4: Attend the Appointment
Please arrive a little early so there is enough time to prepare the documents and settle in with any required witnesses.
After the signing is complete, you may choose one of the following options:

- You may also request that a copy be scanned to you for an additional fee
- If you would like printed copies for your records, printing is available at $0.25 per page plus HST
Step 5: Return the Documents
Once the signing is complete, the final step is for you to return the original signed documents to your lawyer, closing agent, title company, condo company, or other receiving party.
Documents may be returned by:
- Canada Post, if timelines allow
- Courier, such as FedEx, DHL, or another provider
