As we are considered an essential service, due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, we are operating by in-office appointments only. We are offering Mobile in-home services to accommodate customers with mobility issues or disabilities only until the Covid-19 is under control.
COVID-19 IN-OFFICE SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR CLIENTS
- Please do NOT arrive early for your appointment, if you are early, please remain in your vehicle until the exact time of your appointment. We have scheduled our client appointments in advance to avoid close contact as much as possible.
- Once you have parked behind the building, please enter the front door and kindly remove your outdoor shoes/boots.
- Please ensure that you are wearing a protective mask that covers your mouth and nose. If you require a mask please let us know and we will provide you with one. Alternatively, if you have a condition and are exempt of having to wear a mask, please let us know in advance.
- Make your way up the stairs. Our office is located to the right (once you have reached the upstairs landing) in Suite #5. If the door is closed, please gently knock and wait for a response.
- Please take the time to wash your hands in the washroom next to Suite #5 or use the hand sanitizer located on the side table once you have entered the office.
- There is a maximum of 3 People permitted in the Notary Public Office at one time.
- Please be prepared to complete a very short Covid-19 Customer Screening Questionnaire before the start of your appointment.
COVID-19 OFFICE SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR NOTARY PUBLIC
The Notary Public providing you services has taken the following precautions:
- Has received two (2) Pfizer Vaccines and a Moderna Booster on Jan 12, 2022.
- Wears an N95 mask at all times during the notarizing process.
- Has taken her temperature with an infrared thermometer and has completed a daily symptoms check list from Covid-19 Screening App.
- Should our Notary Public have symptoms, we have Covid-19 Ag Rapid Tests available for personal testing.
- Has washed and/or applied hand sanitizer to both hands before serving you.
COVID-19 OFFICE SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR OFFICE SPACE
Our Priority is the Safety of our Clients and we have in place the following protocols in order for you
to feel safe in our space:
- We have a large supply of extra masks, hand sanitizer and gloves.
- The surfaces, plastic chair, door handles etc… of the Notary Public office are disinfected using a Hospital grade Concentrated Disinfectant called Oxivir Plus.
- Pens used for signing documents are never used twice without having been disinfected.
- There is a plexi “sneeze guard” barrier between our clients and the Notary Public.
- The office is sprayed with a sanitizing spay called Microban after each client has left the room.
- Although we still accept cash payments, you will be asked to put the cash payment in a zip lock bag prior to handing it over. Please be prepared to have the correct amount if you plan on paying with cash.
- We have contactless Tap payments services available for use with Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc…
